Cisco College has appointed Parchment as the designated agent for processing and sending official electronic transcripts on behalf of Cisco College. Official printed transcripts are still available for ordering as well. The PDF transcript that is produced using this service contains the identical information as the printed transcript and can be certified as unaltered by uploading the file to the company's website that is provided during the delivery process. Parchment has been granted the authority to deliver all such electronic transcript requests on behalf of Cisco College and respond to any inquiries regarding the transactions.
There is a $3.00 internet convenience fee on all orders. Transcripts sent in regular mail will have an additional charge of $2.50 for US delivery and an additional $5.25 fee for international delivery. If special mailing services are requested additional fees will apply.
Cisco College has retained Parchment to accept transcript orders over the Internet. To request an official transcript, log into your student records through your Campus Connect account. Go to the "official transcript request" under the "Registration" tab. Requesting through your Campus Connect account is fast and easy. If you have questions about your Campus Connect account please contact the Enrollment Services office at 254-442-5132 or 325-794-4403. Unofficial transcripts are available through your Campus Connect account under the registration tab. Your transcript housed with Cisco College is bound by the Federal Law FERPA (Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974).
If you attended prior to 1990 please Click Here to Order a Transcript. Records prior to 1990 may require an additional processing time of 1-2 weeks.
The first time students access Parchment, they must create an account. Students can use any email address they have access to, but must remember the login credentials they create. This is a third-party vendor and Cisco College staff cannot assist with forgotten email and passwords used to create the account.
Note: If your transcripts have been placed on hold, please visit Campus Connect and verify the holds you have on your account. The appropriate phone number to contact will be listed with the hold.
Please note, all financial and administrative obligations to the college MUST be met before an official transcript will be released.
