Degree Auditing Reporting System

The Degree Audit Reporting System (DARS) allows students to assess degree progress. A DARS report shows all of the requirements needed to receive a degree, and which courses are used to satisfy those requirements.

If you submit official transcripts from schools that you previously attended, the Enrollment Center will evaluate your prior coursework for transfer into your degree at Inver Hills. Once evaluated, your transfer credits will show on your DARS report, which can be viewed online and printed.

DARS is a self-advising tool that greatly simplifies the preparation of student transfer and graduation. It is an automated process for tracking your academic progress toward completing your degree at Inver Hills.

How to view your DARS report

  1. Log in to e-Services.
  2. In the left-side menu, select Academic Records.
  3. Choose Degree Audit.
  4. Select Request a Degree Audit. You will then be prompted to log-in with your Star ID and password.
  5. Select the Run Declared Programs button from the bottom of the page.
  6. Choose View Audit in the row of the program you are pursuing.

If your major is incorrect, please email Advising to update it.
